AppyElephant is a free website of study guides, practice questions and study tools for licensing and admissions exams. It's provided as is, for study and general information.
AppyElephant isn't linked to, approved by or acting for any government agency, exam board or regulator. Test names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to say which test a page is about.
We write every page from official sources and date the facts that change, but rules, fees, dates and formats do change, sometimes without notice. Before you book, pay, travel or apply, check the details with the official body. Each guide links to it.
Our practice questions are our own, written to match the topics and style of the real test. They aren't the real test's questions, and a score on our practice test doesn't predict your result on the day. Where a page uses questions that an official body has published for free reuse, it says so.
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we can't promise that every page is complete, current or free of mistakes, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the site, including a failed test, a missed deadline or a fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
We link to official sites and to study providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or services. Listing a provider isn't an endorsement, and we aren't paid to list anyone.
The writing, practice questions, explanations and design on AppyElephant are ours. You're welcome to use them for your own study and to link to any page. Please don't copy, republish or sell them, or collect them in bulk with automated tools, without our written permission. Some road sign images come from other sources under open licences; they're listed on our image credits page.
Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
