How much does the ATI TEAS cost?

As of October 2026, the TEAS costs $120 plus sales tax when you take it with ATI’s online proctor or with PSI, in person or remote. If you test through a school, the school sets the price. One transcript is included, extra ones are $29.99, and registrations aren’t refundable.

Why your school’s price may be different

When a school runs the test, it sets the price. Some charge about $120. Some add a proctoring or seat fee on top. A few look cheaper or even free, because the cost is folded into an application fee.

So the price you pay depends on which format your school accepts. Check that first. If you register for a type your school won’t take, you won’t get your money back.

Transcripts

  • TEAS at ATI and TEAS at PSI include one transcript credit. You send it yourself from the Results tab in your ATI account.
  • If you test through a school, your result goes to that school automatically.
  • Each extra school costs $29.99 for another transcript credit. Credits don’t expire.
  • If you’ve tested more than once, you choose which result to send to each school.

Rescheduling, refunds and retakes

  • Rescheduling an exam booked on atitesting.com costs $15 and must be done at least 48 hours before the exam.
  • PSI exams are rescheduled through PSI.
  • TEAS registrations aren’t refundable, and you can’t cancel, only reschedule.
  • Every retake is a new registration at the full price.

Study materials are extra, and optional

ATI sells prep separately. As of October 2026 its study manual is $19.99 as an eBook or $24.99 in print, and its packages run from $69 to $169. You don’t have to buy any of them to take the test, and the ATI app has a free version.
