Free bar exam practice questions

Here are 20 free, original multiple-choice questions in the style of the MBE, the 200-question part of the bar exam used by the UBE and California. They cover all seven MBE subjects, with four options each and a plain explanation of every answer. We use 70%, so 14 right, as a practice target. Real pass marks are scaled scores set by each jurisdiction. Anything you miss comes back at the end.

On March 1, Seller mailed Buyer a signed written offer to sell a used tractor for $20,000. On March 5, Buyer mailed a letter accepting the offer. On March 6, before Buyer’s letter arrived, Seller phoned Buyer and said the offer was revoked. Buyer’s letter reached Seller on March 7. Is there a contract?
