What can you do with your NBRC login?
- Apply for an exam: once you’re signed in, the exams you can apply for are listed
- Pay your annual NBRC fee
- Enter your CE and, in the last six months before your credential expires, recertify
- Take the quarterly credential maintenance assessments and follow your progress
- Order credential verification letters, pins, wallet cards and replacement certificates
- Download your digital certificate and manage your digital badge
- Update your contact details
If you’ve just graduated from an accredited program, you don’t create the account from scratch. When your school sends your graduation record, NBRC emails you a link and a temporary password; if that email doesn’t come, ask your school whether the record was sent. If you’ve forgotten which email you log in with, email info@nbrc.org with your name, address, the last four digits of your Social Security number and the email you want to use. To change your name, NBRC’s Candidate Handbook says to call Customer Care at 913.895.4900, and its FAQ says to email info@nbrc.org with your present and previous name and your address, adding official documents if your first name changes too.

NBRC’s mailing address is 10801 Mastin Street, Suite 300, Overland Park, KS 66210. Its website also has a LiveChat with the Customer Care team on weekdays during business hours, and outside those hours the chat sends an email instead. NBRC doesn’t give exam results by phone.
Booking with PSI is a separate sign-in
Your NBRC login is for applying and paying. Your test appointment is booked with PSI, NBRC’s testing agency, on its own site, and your eligibility email from NBRC gives you the web address and a toll-free number. Self-Assessment Examinations are bought from PSI’s online store, which has its own account too.
