What you can do in NDEBConnect
- Apply to the Equivalency Process or the Certification Process and follow each document’s status
- Register and pay for exams, change location while registration is open, and withdraw
- Read the information memo for each exam under “my registrations”, with its schedule and exact location
- See your results under “results”
- Send service requests, such as a verification of score or proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
NDEB’s 2019 notice put the online profile on Bright Trac, at ndeb.brighttrac.com. The sign-in on NDEB’s site is NDEBConnect.
Opening an NDEBConnect account
For the Equivalency Process you need an up-to-date photograph in JPEG or PNG format, a desktop or laptop computer and a valid credit card. For the Certification Process you pay the application fee before you can upload your photo and finish setting up the account.
When the account is created you get an NDEB ID number, which you quote whenever you contact NDEB. If you’ve already finished the Equivalency Process, don’t open a new account for the Virtual OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination): your existing one and its ID carry over.
Having trouble with your NDEB login?
NDEB suggests these checks, in this order:
- Make sure you’re entering the email address you used to create your NDEB account as the username.
- Forgotten the password? Use the reset link on the login page and follow the email.
- If the reset email opens in Outlook and doesn’t work, use a newer browser such as Google Chrome, or copy the link and paste it into the browser.
- Still locked out? Contact NDEB, choosing “Login Issues” on its contact form, and it can reset the password for you.
