NPPE login: which sign-in you need

There isn’t one NPPE login. You register and pay in your regulator’s own portal, Meazure Learning sends your booking link by email, and the official practice tests have a sign-in of their own. This page isn’t run by the National Professional Practice Examination (NPPE) program or by any regulator, so only type your passwords into those organizations’ own sites.

Regulators’ portals have their own names, such as myAPEGA at the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and myAPEGNB at Engineers and Geoscientists New Brunswick (APEGNB). The official practice test site needs its own account, so sign up there even if you have one with your regulator. Meazure Learning was formed from Yardstick and ProctorU, so you may see either name on its pages.

Trouble with your NPPE login or booking

Who to contact depends on the problem:

  • Registration, payment, results or changing your session: your regulator
  • No booking or confirmation email three weeks before your exam: Meazure Learning, at testingsupport@meazurelearning.com
  • Problems connecting on exam day: Meazure Learning online proctoring support, at 1-855-772-8678, option 1, or by real-time chat
  • A forgotten practice test site password: the “forgot password” link on that site

Click the exam link once and don’t log off while you wait, or the proctor will treat it as a cancelled session.

NPPE.ca and other sites with an NPPE sign-in

The NPPE program’s website is nppexam.ca, and it’s for information: exam dates, the blueprint, the candidate guide and links to regulators. NPPE.ca is a different website, a prep site with quizzes, a forum and articles, and its login is for that site’s own free membership. Prep companies such as PPE Headquarters have their own NPPE logins too. None of them registers you for the exam.
