Saskatchewan driving test practice for the learner’s test

This free Saskatchewan driving test practice has 20 questions written from SGI’s Driver’s Handbook: 10 for the Sign test and 10 for the Basic test. The handbook doesn’t give the real tests’ length or pass mark, so we use our own bar here: 16 of 20, which is 80%. Pick an answer to see why it’s right, and anything you miss comes back at the end.

Question 1 of 20

As a Class 7 learner, what kind of cellphone use is allowed while you drive?

20 practice questions in the style of the knowledge test.

How close is this Saskatchewan driving test practice to the real tests?

For a Class 7 learner’s licence you pass two written tests. The Basic test covers driving situations and the rules of the road, and the Sign test covers sign identification. These 20 questions follow the same split, half and half.

They’re ours, written from the handbook, not SGI’s. If you’re unsure what a real question means, you can ask the examiner, but here the tutor explains every answer. Treat a good score as a sign you’re on track rather than a promise.

The Driver’s Handbook points you to practice test questions on SGI’s website. They make a good second check after these 20. The where-to-learn page shows how to use them with the handbook.
