What you do in your ACER account
- Register and pay for each component, inside a window’s registration period
- Upload your portrait photo and ID if you’re sitting by remote proctoring
- Apply for reasonable adjustments, after you register
- Schedule remote sessions with the “Log in to ProctorU” button
- Download your Admission Ticket, once you’ve entered your photo ID details
- Sit the online practice tests that come with your registration
- Cancel a booking and ask for a refund, before registration closes
- Download your results, including those from earlier windows
Your test ID number is your candidate registration ID, listed in your registration history. You get a new one for each window you sit.
Opening an ACER candidate account
- Choose “sign up here” on ACER’s candidate sign-in page and fill in your details.
- Open the activation link ACER emails you. If it doesn’t arrive, sign in and ACER resends it.
- Add teacheredtest@acer.org and donotreply@acer.org to your email contacts, so ACER’s messages aren’t blocked.
The email address you sign up with gets everything from ACER, from your confirmation to your results notice. To fix a mistake in your name, date of birth or university later, send a request through your account; a name change needs evidence.
Having trouble with your LANTITE login?
Use “Reset my password” on the sign-in page. If a confirmation email never came, ACER says you may have mistyped your address, or, with Hotmail or Yahoo, need teacheredtest@acer.org in your address book.
ACER’s Teacher Test Office has no call centre. Email teacheredtest@acer.org, which it answers during business hours, and don’t ring other parts of ACER, which it says slows things down. Send ID, health information or a complaint through the Message function in your account instead of by email, because email isn’t secure.
