Start with the free official sample test on celpip.ca, because it shows you the real screens and timing. If you’re a permanent resident, free LINC English classes can help with your English in general. For CELPIP itself, the apps, websites and classes below are the ones people actually use. None of them is run by Paragon, so treat their score predictions as estimates. We checked prices and what’s free in October 2026.
Paragon’s own sample, on screens like the real test. The best way to get used to the timing and question types before you book. Paragon also sells extra practice tests and study programs on the same site.

Government-funded English classes for permanent residents and protected persons. They’re general English, not CELPIP prep, but they build the skills the test checks. You take a language assessment first. A local newcomer organization can set that up. Finishing CLB 4 or higher in speaking and listening also gives you a certificate you can use as citizenship language proof, instead of CELPIP.
