Many Canadian engineers wear an iron ring on the little finger of their working hand. What does it signify?
20 practice questions in the style of the exam.
How to use these 20 NPPE questions
Questions 1 and 2 are professionalism, 3 to 6 ethics, 7 to 12 professional practice, 13 to 17 law for professional practice, 18 and 19 professional law, and 20 regulation and discipline. They test principles common across Canada, not any one province’s act.
Aim for 15 right, which is 75%. That’s our own target, not the NPPE program’s. To pass the real exam you need a scaled score of 65, which isn’t the same as 65% of the questions. If an answer doesn’t click, ask the tutor to explain it another way.
Where can you find more NPPE exam questions?
The official practice tests on Meazure Learning’s site are made of questions from past NPPEs, and APEGNB says no other NPPE questions have been released. Our 20 are original and don’t come from those tests, so use the official ones for questions that have been on the exam.
