ATI Testing customer service is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time on weekdays and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Technical support keeps shorter hours. If you booked through PSI, changes to the appointment go to PSI instead.

ATI lists no email address for students. Its help center at help.atitesting.com has short articles on TEAS registration, scores and test day.

Who to contact for what

  • A TEAS at PSI booking: PSI Candidate Services at 833-537-1330, or Manage Exam in your ATI account.
  • Your TEAS at ATI exam won’t load: use the Assessment ID from ATI’s email, or call ATI Test Security at 1-844-956-2790 during TEAS at ATI testing times. For problems with atitesting.com itself, try technical support (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central, weekdays) or the live chat during office hours.
  • A problem inside 48 hours of your exam: the ATI proctor team for an exam ATI proctors, ATI Customer Support at 1-800-667-7531 for an exam a school runs, or PSI for a PSI exam. ATI says to expect a reply within two business days.
  • Your required score, accepted formats or attempt limits: your school’s admissions office, since ATI doesn’t set them.
  • A military registration discount: ATI’s military testing team, by email, before you register.

Your ATI student account and login

  • Log in or create an account at atitesting.com/login, in Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
  • Use your legal first and last name exactly as it’s printed on your government-issued photo ID, and pick the school you’re applying to.
  • Have only one account. If you already have one, change the school under Profile, then Institution, then Edit.
  • To reset a password or username, go to student.atitesting.com/ResetPassword.
  • You can’t change your own name. Send customer support your username, both names and a photo of your ID with the number blacked out, at least 48 hours before your exam.
