Official LSAT PrepTests and PDFs

LSAC’s official practice tests are on LawHub, not in a free PDF. A free LawHub account gives you four full PrepTests in the same interface as the real test. LawHub Advantage, at $124 a year, opens the full library. LSAC does post some disclosed tests as PDFs, and older PDFs you’ll find online still have logic games, so use them with care.

Most paid courses, including 7Sage and Kaplan, need you to have LawHub Advantage for real LSAT questions. LSAC fee waivers include a year of it.

LSAT PDFs

LSAC posts disclosed tests from recent testing years as PDFs. LSAC is clear that these aren’t Official LSAT PrepTests, but they’re real questions.

LSAC’s printable sample test is built from the June 2007 LSAT. It still has logic games and an older writing setup, so it doesn’t reflect today’s test. Many “LSAT PDF” downloads elsewhere are older still, or not official at all.

Official books

If you prefer paper, LSAC’s TriplePrep books follow the current design of the LSAT, from August 2024. The older SuperPrep books are kept only as historical resources and include logic games.

How to use official tests well

  • Take one free PrepTest early, timed, as your diagnostic. It gives you a starting score on the real 120-180 scale.
  • Review every question you got wrong and every one you guessed, not just your score.
  • Skip any logic games sections in older tests. They’re no longer on the LSAT.
  • Save a few full tests for the last weeks, and take them under real timing with a 10-minute break after section two.
