Under Part 107, how high may you fly a small drone above ground level when you aren’t near a structure?
20 practice questions in the style of the knowledge test.
Where else can you take a Part 107 practice test?
The FAA doesn’t release live UAG questions, so the official practice is limited to samples. PSI’s sample test shows the testing screen and the question style, and the FAA’s September 2026 testing advisory prints sample UAG questions with the chart images used from October 26, 2026.
For charts, work through the testing supplement, FAA-CT-8080‑2H. The proctor hands you a copy at the test center, and the FAA publishes it as a PDF.
How our 20 compare with the real test
The ACS shares the 60 questions across five areas. Ours lean a little toward the rules.
| Area of the ACS | Real test | Our 20 |
|---|---|---|
| I. Regulations | 15% to 25% | 6 |
| II. Airspace and requirements | 15% to 25% | 4 |
| III. Weather | 11% to 16% | 2 |
| IV. Loading and performance | 7% to 11% | 2 |
| V. Operations | 35% to 45% | 6 |
On the real test, some airspace questions use a sectional chart. Ours don’t, so practice reading charts before you book.
