How close is a Hawaii permit practice test to the real one?

Close in style, but the real questions aren't published. What the manual does publish is its own long set of general test questions, each with four answer choices, and ours use the same four-choice format. Where a question is about a sign or a marking, we show it, the way the manual's illustrated questions do.

Answer sheets and cheat sheets you find online don't come from any county. Use practice questions, these included, to find the chapters you haven't learned yet, then go back and read them.

The manual's own practice questions

The English edition of the Hawaii Driver's Manual ends with numbered general test questions, starting on page 99. Each one is printed next to the manual page it comes from, so when you get one wrong you can look up the rule straight away. The cover says the answers are included.
