What does the CeMAP qualification cost?

ItemFee
Full CeMAP qualification£735
CeMAP 1, Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics£330
CeMAP 2, Mortgages£320
CeMAP 3, Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge£160
Exam resit, per unit£120

LIBF doesn’t offer payment plans. Companies registering a group of learners can ask LIBF about corporate bookings.

What else might the CeMAP cost include?

LIBF sells optional extras: the CeMAP Revision Tool and extra Practice Exams, revision videos, audio revision and three months of tutor support. You don’t need them to sit the exams.

Training courses from other companies are priced by those companies, and none of the providers in the comparison includes LIBF’s fees in its price, so the full cost with training is the course plus the LIBF fees in the table.

Bursaries, refunds and cancelling

LIBF’s bursary takes 50% off the initial registration fee for regulatory and specialist qualifications, CeMAP included. To qualify, all of these apply:

  • your household income is under £25,000 a year
  • you get Universal Credit or another listed benefit, such as housing benefit or income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • you apply at the start, since a bursary can’t be applied retrospectively
  • you have full UK residency, if you aren’t a UK national

The bursary covers the initial registration fee only, not resits or extra study materials.

You can cancel within 14 calendar days of your course start date for a refund, returning any printed study text. After that, fees aren’t refundable or transferable.

Fees after CeMAP

LIBF’s next qualifications for mortgage advisers have their own fees. The Diploma and CeRER fees include materials and the first exam.
