Getting your Alaska driving record

Alaskans can order their own driving record online for $10. Pick the full record, an insurance record covering 3 or 5 years, or the CDL employment record if it’s for a commercial driving job. To have your Alaska driving record sent to an employer or someone else, you use Form 419.
