Where can you take the HESI exam?
| Where | How it works |
|---|---|
| At your school | You register through the school’s link and pick a slot. On the day, the proctor gives you an access code to start in the Elsevier Secure Browser. |
| At a Prometric test center | You register through the school’s link, then book a center, date and time in Prometric’s ProScheduler. |
| At home | A live proctor watches through your webcam, through Prometric’s ProProctor or through ProctorU. |
Finding HESI testing centers near you
- Register through your school’s Prometric link first. You’ll get an email with your eligibility number.
- Go to prometric.com/elsevier and choose Schedule. It opens Prometric’s ProScheduler.
- Enter your eligibility number and the first four letters of your last name.
- Enter your ZIP code and the date you want.
- Pick a test center, then click a date to see its open times.
ID rules at a Prometric center
- Your first and last name in Evolve must match a non-expired government photo ID with a signature, like a driver’s license or passport.
- An expired ID, or a different name, photo or signature, means you’re not let in, and you lose the appointment and its fees.
- Temporary IDs may be refused. It’s up to the center’s staff.
- Bring your confirmation code and your Evolve login.
