CT motor vehicle department locations and what each one does

Every DMV office works by appointment, and not every one gives tests. Of the CT motor vehicle department locations, nine give learner's permit knowledge tests plus a testing center in Cheshire, and nine give road tests. Norwich, Putnam, Stamford and Winsted handle licensing but give no permit or road tests. Check what an office does before you book.
