Can you print the manual?
For yourself, yes. The copyright notice on the last page says the file is for personal use, and you may print one copy. It doesn't allow sharing copies with other people. For questions, the manual gives Service Oklahoma's number, 405-522-7000.
Is there a separate drivers ed manual in Oklahoma?
Service Oklahoma publishes one manual for the Class D test, and that's this one. Parent-taught providers supply their own course material, which you pay for.
If you take the written test, with or without driver education, its questions come from the Driver Manual. A public school or commercial course certificate can waive it.
