The ServSafe language FAQ lists the online exam in English, Spanish and Chinese, but the access-code and course-bundle product pages add French Canadian. If you need French Canadian on a computer, ask ServSafe or your proctor before you buy.

Finding a class in Spanish
ServSafe's Find a Class tool lets you search for classes and exam sessions in Spanish, Korean or Chinese as well as English. Instructors can post only a limited number of dates, so check an instructor's own website too.
Other exams in other languages
The National Registry (NRFSP) offers its exam in English, Spanish, Modern Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean, with training mainly in English and Spanish. StateFoodSafety lets you choose your language after you buy. 360training's Learn2Serve sells a Spanish course with its Texas food manager exam.
ServSafe Alcohol is different: its online and proctored exams are English only.
