Online form and mail

The DMV’s online contact form can take up to a week to answer, and sending follow-up emails slows it down. Don’t use it to ask for an appointment.

By mail, write to: Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles, the name of the section you need, 555 Wright Way, Carson City, NV 89711‑0250.

Before you call

Many jobs need no call at all. You can renew, order a duplicate or change your address in MyDMV, and book appointments online.
