Is the GAMSAT harder than the UCAT?
Neither body compares them, and they test different things. ACER says non-science graduates can sit GAMSAT but are unlikely to do well without knowledge of biological and physical sciences. The UCAT Consortium says Verbal Reasoning needs no prior knowledge and the SJT no medical knowledge. Check which test your course asks for before thinking about difficulty.
BMAT vs UCAT
If a course you're looking at used to ask for the BMAT, check the current UCAT list. Cambridge, Imperial College London, Oxford and University College London are all on it for 2027 entry.
MCAT vs UCAT
The MCAT is the AAMC's exam, offered in the United States, Canada and elsewhere, and it assesses knowledge of natural and social science concepts. The UCAT's subtests are about reasoning and judgement rather than science, and it's used by the UK and partner universities on its own list. If you're applying in the US or Canada, the MCAT guide covers that exam.
