Old ETS accounts and hiset.ets.org
HiSET used to be run by ETS, at hiset.ets.org. That address now forwards to hiset.org, and PSI moved the program to its own system on September 23, 2022. If you had an ETS account, sign up with the same last name and email address so your old results link to the new account. The 2026 bulletin says not to make a second account if you tested before October 1, 2022; call Test Taker Services if you don’t know which email you used.
Forgot your HiSET login?
- Username: on the sign-in page, choose Forgot Username and enter your email. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
- Password: choose Forgot Password, enter your username and email, and answer your security question.
- Name spelled wrong or changed: you can’t edit it yourself. Contact PSI with documents showing the correct name.
- Signed out while booking: sessions end after 30 minutes without activity.
